Promise is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is an Accounting Graduate of University of Nigeria and also holds a Master's degree in Finance of the same University. With a post graduate experience spanning over 30 years, Promise is a highly experienced professional in various fields spanning across Lecturing, professional accounting practice, Investment and Commercial banking, Pension fund administration and Investment, Consulting and Microfinance. He was the immediate past Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Accion where he worked as a top level executive and a Microfinance expert for 9 years. He had previously worked with Oak pensions Ltd as Had of Compliance and Head of Investment Management. Promise had also worked with NAL Bank Plc (Now Sterling Bank) where he headed several Units and Departments as well as other Financial Institutions and other organizations. Over the years, he has been trained in various aspects of Leadership, Microfinance and Financial inclusion including Harvard Business School (Boston USA), Boulder Training Institute (Turin, Italy), Lagos Business School (AMP 27) among others. He is the founder of Financial Inclusion Platform - an organization that focuses on providing solution to problems and challenges of Microfinance organizations and financial inclusion generally in Nigeria. Promise is married with children.
Rev. Olatunji Koyejo who is a clergy by calling is a renowned professional accountant by occupation. He is a fellow of the Institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of taxation of Nigeria and a retired partner of Akintola Williams Deloitte. He is currently the District Overseer of Gbagada Foursquare Church and the Principal partner of KOO Partners - a firm of chartered accountants. He had 21 years as a staff and Partner of Deloitte haven joined the firm in 1985. He graduated from University of Lagos with B.Sc. in Accounting of University of Lagos and has been trained as an astute professional both locally and internationally. He brings his rich 'Big Four' experience to Financial Inclusion Platform as the Board Chair. He is married to another Chartered accountant Rev. Mrs. Emmanuela Koyejo with children
Chief Sampson Ukah is a veteran of the banking industry and a capital market guru haven retired from Nal Bank Plc (Now Sterling Bank) after about 25 years in the Industry. He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria and a chartered stock broker. He joined Nal Bank Plc as an Assistant Manager in 1975 and rose through the ranks to become and Executive Director and ultimately the Acting Managing Director from where he retired on attaining the mandatory retirement age. His versatile financial experience traversed all banking functions including Treasury, Investment and Corporate banking, Credit and Marketing and Corporate Planning and Strategy. His immense experience in the financial services Industry would be a big plus to the Financial Inclusion Platform
Mr. Obadiah is a development economist and a retired Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. Mr. Obadiah is a prolific writer and a known voice and an expert in the Nigerian Financial system
Ngozi is a co-founder of Financial Inclusion Platform; she is a Commercial and Business Law expert as well as an advocate for the vulnerable and marginalized persons in the society. She is a graduate of the University of Nigeria (LLB), the University of Lagos (LLM) and the Nigeria Law School Abuja where she was called to the Bar in 1999
She started her career with COI Joseph & Co (SAN) and later joined Shelter Rights Initiative (SRI), an NGO where she defended the rights of the less privileged and oppressed members of the society in Nigerian courts. She acquired Commercial law experience in the Law firms of Udo Udoma & Bello Osagie (UUBO) and Giwa Osagie & Co. She later started her own Law firm of Zyka Nwankwo & Co specializing in Commercial and Property Law and Company Secretarial Practice. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of UK and Nigeria (ICSA), and Chartered Administrators of UK. She brings her many years of different Board and advocacy experience. She is married with children

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Management and Strategic Management Society, Chicago, USA
Wale has over 15 years working experience in both the financial services and manufacturing sectors. He started his career with Tropics Finance & Investment Co. Ltd. and later moved to Access Bank Plc in 2001. He joined ACCION MFB in 2007 as the pioneer Chief Financial Officer and later left for MIC MFB in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer. He also worked with Superflux International Ltd as Group Finance Manager
In the course of career, he handled several Management functions and responsibilities in the area of Financial Reporting, Tax Planning, Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance, Branch Operations, Credit & Risk Mgt., Business Development and Performance Management
As a result of his desire to help indigent individuals survive and build capacity which will ultimately bring them out of the shackles of poverty, he embarked on entrepreneurship journey
He currently doubles as a Senior Consultant in Fip and the CEO of Meritview Professional services where is has been working with several MFB's build adequate capacity for optimum performance, Management stability and to play a key role in Financial in Financial inclusion

Ayo is the CEO, Compuconsult & Associates. He is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (Advanced Management Program). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (Second class Upper division) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye and a good Higher National diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He has just completed his Master's degree programme, Msc. Finance at the Olabisis Onabanjo University
He is a certified microfinance Banker (MCB) and a chartered Accountant (ICAN) who qualified in May 1997 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2013. He is an Associate member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is equally an Authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and a licensed Capital market operator of the Securities & Exchange Commission with passion for innovation
He has over 18 years post qualification working experience including 15 years in banking, which span through Marina International Bank (now Access Bank), Sterling Bank and First City Monument Bank as Head of Financial Reporting with specialization in financial modeling, reporting and control. Ayo's expertise and exposure are widely acknowledged in the financial control sector of the banking industry
He also has a brief stint with stock broking as Head of financial control at Cross World Securities Ltd (a member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange) in 2006 during which he qualified as a Stockbroker
As a result of his strong interest in development finance, he left FCMB in 2007 for the microfinance subsector where he rose to the peak by his elevation/appointment to the position of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Susu Microfinance Bank in April 2011, an organization he joined in August 2009 as the General Manager, Finance & Strategy. He left the Bank in October 2015 to pursue his dream of rendering first class consultancy services to the microfinance sub-sector
Ayo has made remarkable contributions to development of the sub-sector especially in the area of strategy formulation, business process reengineering, business modeling, risk management and control, treasury management and group lending methodology. He is widely travelled and has attended a number of courses on development finance locally and internationally. He has also presented various papers at seminars/workshops organized by ICAN Lagos Mainland/Ikeja districts, NAMBLAG and CIBN
He is the Founder of Ayo Adeonipekun Foundation (www.ayoadeonipekunfoundation.org), an NGO that focuses on financial literacy and client protection. He has also held various executive positions at the National Association of Microfinance Banks (Lagos State Chapter)
Felix is a microfinance expert having worked in the sector for a period of over 10 years including Accion Mfb where he worked until late this year. He is an experienced and accomplished manager with extensive experience in providing leadership and direction in the financial services sector. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria as well as other professional associations. Felix graduated from Institute of Management and Technology Enugu with a HND in Accountancy in 1989. He joined Accion in 2009 as a Branch Manager and later moved to Audit as Audit Manager. He also worked as a Manger for Cluster Loan products which included Annuity and Solar Loans. Prior to joining Accion in 2009 he was the CEO of ICB Microfinance bank where he was able to secure the operating licence for the bank to commence operation. He also worked in IBETO Mfb as Head of Credit and Marketing. Felix has also worked in several other organisations and Banks in Nigeria. He had attended several training programmes in Microfinance, Management and leadership, Audit and Investigation and Financial Services. He is married with children
Stanley is a graduate of University of University of Lagos with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. He is highly resourceful and a successful trainer and facilitator. He currently runs Stanzy Educational Consult which is a start-up learning organization for coaching and mentoring youths for education and career development. He brings his entrepreneurship skills to the platform as a Consultant
